What Does It Mean to Be ServSafe Certified?

 
 

The ServSafe Certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the Conference for Food Protection Standards. The ServSafe Food Handler Certificate verifies basic food safety knowledge and is for individuals in food handler employee-level positions.

When you receive this certification you will be seen as a credible professional in the restaurant industry and increase your valuable to potential employers.

  • 5 Week Course

    • 9-3, M-F, starting early January

  • Paid Training

    • All participants will receive a weekly stipend through the duration of training
