COVID-19 RESPONSE

We are committed to serving families and individuals, especially during this COVID-19. City of Refuge’s campus is equipped to meet immediate as well as longer-term needs. As soon as schools closed, COR’s dedicated staff jumped into action to fill the gap.

We now are providing three hot meals a day for all 33 children who live on our campus as well as for the 77 mothers and other women, most of whom now cannot work. We are coming together to supply diapers and wipes for the youngest members of our community, and healthy snacks for all. We are also are working to supply relevant programming for these 33 children, from the reading corner to the art room to extracurricular activities. 

More than two decades working with tremendous challenges has taught us that in times of crisis, it is critical to bring light and hope. And with your support, we will continue to offer these essential services for these children and their families who so desperately need our full support to see them through to the end of this challenging time.
